Our achievements & track records so far would not have been possible without the steadfast support of our dedicated group of qualified office-based and skilled/semi skilled technical workforce backed by a motivated Management team. Our staff strength numbers about 150 coming from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines & Thailand.

We value the importance of developing appropriate human resources with the required technical capabilities. Our employees’ skills are nurtured throughout their careers via training courses, onsite training under close supervision mentorship & training on projects after projects to enable us to develop & maintain the highest technical & professional expertise expected of Megalift.

Our staffs are trained to focus our clients’ needs and to apply their skills to the benefit of our clients’ business.

We have gained our clients’ trust and satisfaction in our services through a systematic way in the running of our operations. Our Management team is a champion of change management & is constantly modernizing its operations by keeping abreast with the latest developments in the logistic management process.
